We successfully concluded the 20th milestone of Bharat Blockchain Yatra organized by Information Data Systems (IDS), powered by Hedera supported by AICTE and APIARY BLOCKCHAIN COE at CHARUSAT, Gujarat on 29 February, 2024, marking a significant step in promoting Web3 and Blockchain adoption across India. The event began with a warm welcome and lamp lighting ceremony. Dr. Trushit Upadhyaya, Principal of CSPIT at Charusat, delivered the keynote address, emphasizing Blockchain’s importance.
2. Following the welcoming ceremony, a Quick Brief – MOU Exchange Ceremony highlighted the collaborative efforts between IDS and Charusat University. Mr. Sunil Subrahmanyam Yadavalli, Head of Business Strategy and Partnerships at IDS, emphasized the joint commitment to advancing Blockchain education.
3. Following this, an Expert Talk – 1 on Why Bitcoin? by Mr. Chintan Dave, Head of India and General Manager at AICERTs delving into the intricacies of Bitcoin and its significance in the digital currency landscape.
4. Next, an Expert Talk – 2 (Online) titled Opportunities in Blockchain – The Biggest Technology Revolution after the Internet was presented by Mr. Karan Pujara, Founder and CEO of CodeCrunch Techlabs exploring the vast opportunities that Blockchain technology offers in various industries.
5. Subsequently, an Activity titled Discover B-ON: The Bharat Blockchain Developer Portal and Dive into the Hedera Bootcamp was conducted by Mr. Dayal Mukati, Principal Architect – Blockchain Practice at IDS.
6. Following this engaging session, another Expert Talk – 3 (Online) on Safeguarding Web3 Through AI-Powered Security Solutions was presented by Mr. Yogesh Padsala, Chief Technology Officer at EtherAuthority which discussed the importance of security measures in the Web3 ecosystem.
7. Mr. Voruganti Aravind, Global Vice President at IDS, delivered a thought-provoking Presentation titled Unveiling the Real Potential: Blockchain’s Journey from Hype to Value Creation which provided insights into the practical applications of Blockchain technology.
8. Continuing the insights, an Expert Talk – 4 titled Algorand’s Real World Asset Projects and Roadmap 2024 presented by Mr. Sunil Kapadia, AlgoBharat Ambassador at Algorand Foundation highlighting the real-world applications and future roadmap of Algorand projects.
